I dined at Mr. Burgess’s with Mr. & Mrs. Joel Deming & Mrs. Converse. Female Prayer meeting there at three o’clock. Present Mrs. McClure, & Emeline, Mrs. Julia A. Bailey, Mrs. Elizabeth S. E. Bailey, Mrs. Deming, Mrs. Converse, Mrs. Burgess & myself. Mrs. Cutler & Lucy came home-- also William from Chillicothe.
